01 | Preheat griddle or grill to 375°F. |
02 | Season Sweet Earth® Awesome Burger with salt and black pepper. Add oil to the griddle. Once the oil shimmers, add the burger and cook until caramelized on both sides pressing down frequently to “smash” burger. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. |
03 | Add cheese to the burger and melt. |
04 | Starting from the heel of the bun, add lettuce, burger with cheese, onion, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the crown bun. |

01 | In a medium bowl, mix Sweet Earth® Awesome Grounds, almond flour, onion, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. |
02 | In a small sauce pot, bring marinara to a simmer. |
03 | Roast meatballs in a pre-heated 400°F oven until golden brown. Remove pan from the oven and transfer meatballs to the pot of marinara; simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. |
04 | Cut the sub roll in half lengthwise about ¾ of the way through. |
05 | Spread marinara on the inside of the roll. Add meatballs, Provolone slices and some more parsley. |

01 | On a clean work surface, lay down the tortilla wrap. In the center, add Sweet Earth® Mindful Chik’n, avocado, spinach, cilantro, and cheese sauce. |
02 | Lift and bring the left part of the wrap over until it meets the filling. |
03 | Take the portion at the bottom and bring it over the top then roll down and roll forward into a cylinder shape. |

01 | On a floured work surface, stretch pizza dough to desired circumference or shape. |
02 | Spread Minor's Vegan Alfredo Sauce evenly across the pizza dough. |
03 | Top with Sweet Earth® Mindful Chik’n, arugula, and shaved garlic. Then add mozzarella cheese. |
04 | Pre-heat oven to 450°F and bake until dough is golden brown and cheese is completely melted and bubbly. |
05 | Remove pizza from the oven and garnish with dried oregano. |

01 | In a nonstick sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil and Sweet Earth® Awesome Grounds. |
02 | Cook grounds until caramelized, about 5 minutes. |
03 | Add curry powder and cook for 1 additional minute. |
04 | Mix mayo and Minor’s Cilantro Lime Concentrate together to create a sauce. |
05 | Assemble bowl, starting with warm rice and layering all ingredients on top, finishing with cilantro lime sauce drizzled on top. |
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE SANDWICH

01 | Cut bagel in half and toast to preference. |
02 | In a sauté pan over medium heat, add oil and hash browns. Cook hash browns until golden brown, then using a spatula, flip and cook on the other side and season with salt and black pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside. |
03 | In the same sauté pan, add oil and breakfast sausage. Cook until caramelized, then flip and cook on the other side until golden brown. Add the cheese slice and let melt. |
04 | Build the sandwich: on a clean work surface place the heel of the bagel toasted side up. Add hash browns, then add the sausage patty, the crown of the bagel toasted side down and serve immediately. |
