1. Combine coffee granules, water, sugar, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom, and cinnamon in small container. Let sit for 3 minutes.
2. Place milk in microwave-safe pitcher and microwave on high (100%) power for 1 minute, 30 seconds or until very hot.
3. Strain coffee mixture into pitcher; discard spices.
4. Divide between 2 mugs.
