Pumpkin Spice Coffee Muffins
In addition to the spice, add a twist to your pumpkin muffins with some NESCAFE® CLÁSICO™ for a perfect fall feature menu item.
Ingredients (Makes 24 muffins):
⅔ Cup Warm Water, ¼ Cup NESCAFE® CLÁSICO™ Granules, 3 ½ Cups, All Purpose Flour, 2 Cups Sugar, 1 - 15oz Can of Libby's Pumpkin Puree, 1 Cup Vegetable oil, 4 Eggs, 2 Tsp Baking Soda, 1 ½ Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1 Tsp Ground Cloves, 1 Tsp Nutmeg, ½ Tsp Baking Soda, 1 Cup Nestle Tollhouse Semi Sweet Morsels
Combine warm water and coffee granules together in a cup until coffee dissolved, pour into large bowl. Mix flour, sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and baking powder into coffee until batter is thoroughly mixed, fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffins cups with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
