Logo & Trademark Information
The layout, design and content of the product packaging or other materials for products identifying Nestlé branded ingredients must have “final sign off” approval by Nestlé USA to ensure proper use of the Nestlé trademarks. Additional requirements include:
The product actually contains the Ingredients and no other similar ingredients of another brand or manufacturer without prior consent of Nestlé USA.
Nestlé USA approves of the final Product in which the Ingredient is being used.
Any modifications to the Trademark appearance or format or to the formulae for the Ingredients made by Nestlé USA must, at Nestlé USA’s request, be implemented by Company on a go-forward basis.
The Nestlé trademark should be properly marked (® or TM symbol) and a trademark attribution line giving notice of Nestlé’s ownership of its trademark(s) shall be included on packaging.
The product packaging or material must identify the product as “Made With” the Nestlé branded ingredient and the Nestlé brand may not be used in a manner that implies the product is made by Nestlé.
