Our preventative control program includes in person audits for high risk materials no matter where in the world the raw material is sourced, verification of material quality and safety through analysis as well as an intensive supplier performance process.
In the Nestle US Vendor Assurance team, we have 8 full time professional food safety auditors that are on the road year round not only verifying the quality and food safety of our raw materials, but also supporting our suppliers in improvement related activities.
