As the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company, our focus is not only about nourishing our customers, it’s about enriching you.POSITION SUMMARY:Content Specialist with copywriter skills who will be accountable for concept, writing, editing, and overall development and management of accurate and objective-focused digital content for online and ecommerce websites.The Content Manager completes projects in a timely manner and assures consistent messaging according to customer and distributor campaigns, style guidelines and brand attributes. In addition, this candidate will have a role in monitoring and growing content for several online marketplace channels.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborates with category marketing teams, label development, agencies and customer teams to define the product content and copy and make sure that it is compliant to company and industry standards.

Maintain overall status and timing of content creation and updates through end to end process.

Deploy content to Sales team and/or Customer/Distributor portals.

Resolve any issues with existing content on customer/distributor portals.

Monitor listing quality and assist with growth of assigned online marketplace channel across distributor and Route to Market partners.

Writes and edits online content, including product titles, copy, bullet points, and keywords.

Helps produce and organize product image and video library

Follows established company and industry guidelines to optimize product description in order to drive ecommerce and online sales.

Apply in-depth knowledge of accepted grammatical and proofreading practice.

Maintains current knowledge of foodservice food and beverage industry trends to craft messaging that is timely and engaging.

Accept new projects as assigned, including expanded content, image direction, and SEO-based product ads.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:Works under direction of the Online & Digital manager.

SUPERVISION GIVEN:NONEREQUIREMEMENTS / EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital marketing or Journalism preferred.

3+ years project management, content publishing, content production, or equivalent role.

Knowledge of Google Adwords and SEO is required.

EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous content management a plus.

Knowledge of content platforms like Salsify, Adobe Photoshop, Salsify, Kwikee a plus but not required.

Demonstrated experience with SEO content and copywriting.

Excellent editing, proofreading, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management, great organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Demonstrated communication, relationship building, and team/collaborative skills.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and sense of urgency.

Positive attitude and a willingness to embrace change in a growing and evolving business.
